Lawyer Denitsa Nikolova is a member of the Sofia Bar Association (SBA). She has graduated the Law Faculty of the University Of National And World Economy in 2005 at Sofia, Bulgaria. She is a graduate of Samokov city’s “Konstantin Fotinov” high school with foreign language learning, German class.
Fluent in English and German language. Specialized legal English and has an International Legal English Certificate from the University of Cambridge /ILEC/.
She starts her own law practice in the beginning of 2011, having previously worked in approved construction and investment corporations as a legal adviser in the area of real estates.

"SUCCESSFUL START" package - one-time when establishing a commercial company.
The package is suitable for new customers who have not yet established a trading company and intend to do so. The package covers: - establishment of a commercial company, including the preparation of the necessary documents, their submission to the Commercial Register at the Registration Agency; - preparation of general terms and conditions for the use of the services that the company will offer; - bonus: submission of GFO in the Commercial Register to the Registration Agency for the first year of the company's activity, provided that an additional contract for the provision of legal services has been concluded for a period not shorter than 6 months; - Price upon request;
"INITIAL" package - For a maximum of 5 documents per month at a price of BGN 800.
The package includes: remote consultations /verbal and written/ in the field of the company's commercial activity; the preparation and/or review and introduction of changes to already prepared documents, which concern the commercial activity of the company up to 5 documents, incl. contracts, powers of attorney, agreements;
"BASIC" package - For 20 hours of legal assistance per month at a price of BGN 1,200.
The package covers the following types of legal services in Commercial Law, Property Law, Obligation Law, Administrative Law, Labor Law; - preparation, in Bulgarian and/or English, of all types of contracts to which the company is a party, review of contracts in view of their legality and protection of the interests of the company - up to 5 contracts; - drafting (in Bulgarian and English) letters and other official correspondence - up to 5 letters; - provision of legal consultations, written and oral opinions on issues related to the company's activities; * Submission of GFO for the relevant calendar year in the Commercial Register to the Registration Agency, in case the company has concluded a contract with the lawyer for legal services for at least one calendar year. ** A separate fee is due to the lawyer for appearing in the case of the relevant legal entity or sole trader.
"EXCLUSIVE" package - For 40 hours per month at a price of BGN 2,000.
The package covers the following types of legal services in Commercial Law, Property Law, Obligation Law, Administrative Law, Labor Law; - preparation, in Bulgarian and/or English, of all types of contracts to which the company is a party, review of contracts in view of their legality and protection of the interests of the company - up to 5 contracts; - drafting (in Bulgarian and English) letters and other official correspondence - up to 5 letters; - provision of legal consultations, written and oral opinions on issues related to the company's activities; - protection of the company's interests by participating in negotiations for the conclusion of contracts and for the voluntary settlement of potential disputes and providing assistance in another form, according to the instructions of the client, for building and developing good partnership relations between it and its counterparties; - implementation of ongoing monitoring of changes in the current Bulgarian legislation, including for compliance with the company's activities, and timely informing the client when problems are detected, as well as timely informing about changes that affect the activity and interests of the client or related companies; - representation of the company before municipal and other administrative bodies and persons and assisting the client in carrying out any administrative procedures; * Submission of GFO for the relevant calendar year in the Commercial Register to the Registration Agency, in case the company has concluded a contract with the lawyer for legal services for at least one calendar year. ** A separate fee is due to the lawyer for appearing in the case of the relevant legal entity or sole trader.
Package "Acquisition and sale of real estate" - Upon agreement.
The package covers the following types of legal services: Analysis of ownership documents; Reference to the Registry Office at the Registry Agency on the absence or presence of encumbrances on the property; Preparation of a preliminary contract, corrections to the prepared contract, coordination of changes with the other party to the contract, legal assistance in signing a preliminary contract and final contract;
Package "Divorce by mutual consent" - BGN 800.
The package includes the following types of legal services: Drafting of an agreement and all necessary documents for termination of marriage by mutual consent; procedural assistance and representation before the competent court;
